This week I challenge you to eat protein and fat with all carbs.  Ex: no apples by themselves or any other carb by itself.  Post to comments if you think you can handle this.  Let’s work on this again.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength: 20mins

Push Jerk/Split Jerk: 5 sets increasing.  It’s one of each, not an OR.  Work on excellent form and explosiveness.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 8 mins

20 DB Power Snatch (you choose)

10 Knees To Elbows

 

Cash out: 30 Wall Runs
