Another Tuesday and another challenge.  This test it out Tuesday, let’s see if we can do all of the tests so far for three days.  So that’s eating a cup of veggies at every meal, having a balanced meal/snack after your workout, eating dinner/leftovers for breakfast, trying out a new recipe, and eating all carbs with protein/fat.  Can you do this?  Who is willing to give it a shot?

Bench 3×8@65-70% compare to 1/14/14 and go a little heavier

Conditioning:

Tabata (compare to 12/17/13)

Push Ups

DB Push Press (you choose the weight, should be light to moderate)

*Use bands and mods for the push ups as needed.
