Another Tuesday and another challenge. This test it out Tuesday, let’s see if we can do all of the tests so far for three days. So that’s eating a cup of veggies at every meal, having a balanced meal/snack after your workout, eating dinner/leftovers for breakfast, trying out a new recipe, and eating all carbs with protein/fat. Can you do this? Who is willing to give it a shot?
