This week I challenge you to eat protein and fat with all carbs.  Ex: no apples by themselves or any other carb by itself.  Post to comments if you think you can handle this.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Bent Over Rows with KB or DB 3×5@ heavy weight.  May do both at once or one at a time.

Conditioning:

Repeat 5x: AMRAP 3min/1min of rest

9 Squats

6 Push Ups

6 V-Ups
