Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Push Press 5×5 increase from 1/7/14, if you were not there that day approx. 80% of 1RM or weight that is heavy by the fifth rep, however form is very good.

Conditioning:

“Nasty Girls”

3 Rounds

50 Squats

Rx+: 7 Muscle Ups  (Rx: 7 Pull Ups/7 Dips if no Muscle Ups)

10 Hang Power Cleans (Rx:61kg/43kg)

*Scale as needed with bands and scale the weights.  Please be smart, if you attended Sunday’s WOD and your hands are beat down or shoulders feel inordinately tired, please change the pull ups to ring rows and go easy on the dips.  Trust me, you will still get a good workout!

Woa I look different!! Man I’m inordinately tired too – those shuttle runs made me pooped! Love it.
