I’ve heard from a few of you that you are enjoying the Test It Tuesday series.  Let me know if you have done the tests, did you have success, etc.   This week’s Test will be to eat dinner for breakfast twice this week.  I find that lots of people still don’t know how to make breakfast a grain free option or they just skip it, thinking coffee is sufficient.  Breakfast can be anything you want, steak and veggies, chicken stir fry, whatever you want.  Just eat healthy leftovers from the night before.  Let me know how it goes.  What is your favorite breakfast thing to make?

*Always aim for the highest target you are capable of.   If you are unable to do a full push up, you will do the most difficult modification possible for 5x2reps.

I really love sauteing shredded brussel sprouts and dice onions in coconut oil or butter with egg(s)….add a side of sausage or bacon. Nom.

I eat my leftovers most days for breakfast, causing the whiney woman down the hall to complain that someone has the nerve to eat food that smells good in the morning.
