I’ve heard from a few of you that you are enjoying the Test It Tuesday series. Let me know if you have done the tests, did you have success, etc. This week’s Test will be to eat dinner for breakfast twice this week. I find that lots of people still don’t know how to make breakfast a grain free option or they just skip it, thinking coffee is sufficient. Breakfast can be anything you want, steak and veggies, chicken stir fry, whatever you want. Just eat healthy leftovers from the night before. Let me know how it goes.
