Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

1 ABMAT Bench 3RM, then drop to 80% AMRAP

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

3 Cycles of the Following:

1 Shoulder Press

2 Push Press

3 Push Jerk

**You choose the starting weight.  Every round you may not put the bar down until you complete the three cycles through.  Increase the weight every round as you are able.  Every movement must be distinct ex: a push press is a push press and a push jerk is a push jerk.  No hybrid, junk movements allowed!  Enjoy!
