DB Bench Press 3×5 as heavy as you can.

Conditioning: Dedicated to Stewie

25 Pull Ups

50 Deadlifts (60kg/43kg)

50 Push Ups

50 Box Jumps

50 Single Leg V-Ups (25 each side)

50 KB Clean and Press (you choose the weight)

25 Pull Ups

*Scale the reps as needed.
