With all this heat:

This week we will look at water intake!  Take your bodyweight and cut it in half, then drink that number of ounces.  Ex: 150lbs, in half is 75lbs, then you would drink 75 ounces of water.  Also, if you exercise, drink an extra 8 oz per hour of exercise.

 

NOTE:  Please park in the back parking lot.  There are tons of spaces back there.

20 Push Press  (50kg/35kg)

30 Pull Ups

***For those newer to our program, reduce the reps as written on the MOD WOD.

That a helpful reminder about water, which I always forget. And does coffee count? I tracked my water and barely made the minimum…I need to drink a lot more. Thanks.
