Yoga is now at 5:30pm on Tuesday  nights.  Please register online prior to attending class.  Keep this class going!  Also, we have rowing on Wednesday’s at 6:30 and 7:00pm.  Register for this class online also.  Did you know that anyone can attend these classes?  Non-members are welcome without any CrossFit experience.

Conditioning:

6 Rounds

30 Double Unders

12 DB Power Snatch (you choose)

*Choose your own weight on the DB power snatches.   Go heavy enough to challenge yourselves.  Form must be good!
