What will we test out this week?  Test out using something different to replace normal sides.  Examples:  cauliflower rice instead of rice, or spaghetti squash instead of noodles, or use a veggie noodle maker, or my new FAVORITE, shredded jicama instead of hash browns.  Ask LeeAnne for the recipe, it is delicious!  Let me know what you will try.
