Who is excited about more overhead squats today?  If you dread them, you’re in good company.  Overhead squats are hard for a lot of us.  The “trick” to getting better at them is no trick at all.  It’s consistency with range of motion/flexibility, using light to no weight, and showing up to do them on a regular basis.  It’s important to notice the small improvements with a movement like this.  Have fun!
