This Sunday the 5th at 12-1pm, Tara Firma Farms owner and namesake will be here to discuss their farm and the benefits of pasture raised meat.  Please attend if you are interested in participating in this delivery service.  We must have 20 people willing to commit before they will start delivery.

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: Bulgarian Split Squat 5×2 each leg @~40% of best back squat.  If you are uncomfortable with your foot up, do a lunge squat.

Conditioning/Trunk:

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec off)

Plank

Side Plank

Jefferson Deadlift  (wt: 50kg/35kg)

*the Jefferson DL will be awkward for a lot of you, please go slowly and do a low number of reps each set.  There is no score and everyone is a winner.
