Strength:

Double KB Deadlift 4×10

Conditioning:

7 Rounds

30 Double Unders

5 Power Snatches (Rx 43/30 Rx+ 50/35)

10 Lateral Barbell Burpees

*Use the weight that is appropriate for your current level.  Step over the bar if unable to jump over.  Must be lateral jumps.  Reduce the number of double unders as needed.
