squash, banana and apple muffins!

Sweet spaghetti squash muffins
Preheat oven to 425
What you will need:
3 cups cooked spaghetti squash (careful not to over cook it)
1 very ripe banana chopped and mashed
1 apple cored and chopped into small pieces-peels ok
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup almond meal
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1. First, mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Then in separate bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Next combine and scoop into paper lined muffin tins-fill up to the edge.
4. Bake 23-28 minutes depending on your oven until they are a little bit golden!
Serve along side a serving of protein and enjoy!

Ring Dips: 3sets of 4-10reps depending on your ability.  If you are looking for a muscle up, your dips must be full depth.  If you are new to ring dips or have shoulder concerns, go to elbow depth with your shoulders.
Double Unders: Max Reps in 2 min, 2 attempts
Row: Max distance in 2min, 2 attempts
HSPU: Max Consecutive, 3 attempts
*you will rest as needed between efforts.  all efforts of a particular movement will be done together before moving on to the next exercise.
