The CrossFit Games regional competition will be the last weekend of May this year in San Jose.  Here is the info.  Lots of us will be going down to watch the action.  Post to comments if you are planning on attending.

Sunday’s WOD:

Skill:

One Arm OHS: light to moderate,  total of 20 reps on each arm.  Weights may increase.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

8 Manmakers (you choose the weight)

10 Single Leg V-Ups

12 KB Swings (53/35lbs)
