Sunday’s WOD

Skill:  Handstands or Handstand Push Ups or Pike Push Ups.  Spend 10 mins on this.  You get to choose how you use your time: 5×5 or just holds for time or work on kipping or freestanding handstands.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

10 Deadlifts (80kg/55kg)

5 Hang Power Cleans (80kg/55kg)

10 Box Jumps

*the deadlift will be fairly light and the power clean won’t.  Do the weight that is appropriate for you power clean.  And, no, you do not get two bars because you can deal.
