Reminder, tomorrow is the fundraiser for Capes4Heroes at CrossFit San Ramon.  The fundraiser is from 11am-1pm.   Hope to see a few of you out there.

A.

L-Sit On the Rings:  5 Attempts of 10-20 Seconds

B.

5 Rounds

3 Power Snatch  (Rx: 43kg/30kg. Rx+: 50kg/35kg  Rx++: 60kg/43kg)

5 Overhead Squats (same)

*Choose the weight that is appropriate for your current level.

C.

Lunge Jumps then immediately into a 200m run.  Rest as needed between rounds.  Repeat 4x.
