Skill:

Handstand Holds:  work on the boxes or wall depending on your ability.  3-5 holds for 15-30sec each.   If you are able, you can work on weight shifting, freestanding, etc.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 20min

20 Overhead Squat Bar

20 Back Squat Bar

400m Run

*compare to 2/15/15.  This should be very light, so if you are newer, use a lighter bar.
