Sunday’S WOD:

Teams of Two: AMRAP 20min

5 Deadlifts  (Rx: 100/70kg.  Rx+: 115/80kg)

10 Ring Rows

15 Box Jumps (24in/20in)

*While one teammate runs 400m, the other works through the above.  When the teammates tag off, the teammate out on the run starts wherever the other teammate left off.  Ex: I get through 13 of the box jumps in the first round, my teammate will start on the 14th box jump.  Score is the total number of rounds for the team.

**Bike x 2min or row 400m as modification for running.
