Push Ups:  5×5 must be perfect.  Use the bars for modifications, etc.  Use weight to make harder.


4 Rounds

12 DB Power Snatch (you choose, heavy enough to make you question going unbroken for all 12)

24 Sit Ups

70 Feet Plate Pinch Carry (6 mats longwise and back)

*DB PS do not have to be alternating.
