WOD:
 
50 feet overhead walking lunge
30 weighted sit ups
50 feet overhead walking lunge
20 weighted sit ups
50 feet overhead walking lunge
10 weighted sit ups
 
Then:
 
work up to your 1 RM deadlift
 
There were PR’s all over the place today!  Great work.  And really nice teamwork.  Never underestimate what a bit of support will do for someone’s performance.
