I know I have been slacking on the distribution of information on the food challenge. Because of my slowness, we are going to shift the start date to Friday the 4th and it will run through June 4th. The eating rules are going to be Paleo. I am attaching some links to help you start getting your grocery list going and start planning some meals.

The challenge is to go completely strict and you will be rating your days on a scale. I will publish the scale on Tuesday. You will also be highly encouraged to keep track of your food somewhere, either on the forum or an app or an old fashioned notebook.

*This WOD is as difficult as the weight you choose. If you go too heavy, it will take you 25min, your form will go down, etc. If you choose too light of a weight, this won’t really be a workout. Pick something challenging to you that takes you around 15 mins to complet. If you find that you are flying, put some more weight on. Rx+ people, flying is encouraged.
