Wednesday’s WOD:


ROPE CLIMBS! YAY.  Work on (in order of difficulty): static holds on the rope, learning the wrap techniques, climbing and descending safely, legless climbs, L-Sit climbs, weight climbs.


A.  AMRAP 10min

15 Double Unders

30 Burpees
