Sesame Crusted Fish Recipe By Sweet Cheeks
Fresh white fish
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup toasted black sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Cayenne pepper to taste
Rub the fish with sesame oil, then dredge them in the toasted sesame seeds.
Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium high heat.  Add the fish and cook 2-2.5 minutes per side, until cooked through with a crispy crust.
Make dressing by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and cayenne pepper.
Serve fish on top of bed of spinach and pour dressing over the whole dish.

Complete 5 Rounds of 7 Reps:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press


Each rep will be a power clean, to a front squat, to a push press, to a back squat, to a push press. Repeat 6 more times to complete 1 round. Repeat for 5 rounds total.  Bar may never touch the ground during your 7 Reps.  Increase each round as able.
