Paleo Lunch Recipe

Ingredients
– 3 cups sliced chard’s (washed and dried)
– 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (season to taste)
– 1  teaspoon black pepper (season to taste)
– 3 finely chopped garlic
– 1/2 cup golden raisins
– 1/2 cup pine nuts

Preparation
 Saute seasoned chard and garlic until tender.
– Once chard’s is tender remove from heat
– Mix sauteed chard’s with golden raisins and pine nuts

Sunday’s WOD:

Back Squat

3×3 warm up to approx. 90% of your 1RM and do for 3 sets of 3 reps

Then:

6 Rounds

Push Ups 10x

Ring Rows 10x

Suicide Run 1x
