15 right arm overhead squat
50 feet left arm overhead walking lunge
15 left arm overhead squat

Heather and I attended a gymnastics seminar today and learned lots
of useful info and drills that we will be doing very soon in class. Don’t
worry, no tumbling passes for a while.
