Great job today on the running.  I know those 400s are brutal but you guys gave it your all.  Every time a day like this comes up, really push yourself because this is a chance to improve your speed for WODs like Helen or Kelly where there is running along side the weights or body weight exercises.  The fastest time of the day goes to Bry at 1:06. Good stuff!

Friday’s WOD:

Back Squat Workout #10 followed by some metabolic conditioning, aka metcon.  Just means your heart will be beating a little quicker than usual.
