 Roasted Pears with Goat cheese
What you will need:
1 pear
2-TBS crumbled goat cheese
5-10 macadamia nuts (halved)
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375
2. Cut pair in half, then scoop out the seeds
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 10-12 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and fill with cheese and macadamia nuts, bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is soft.
Enjoy this sweet and savory treat that could be desert or a snack!
