Three requests:  First, when you chalk your hands, keep your hands in the bucket when you

knock off the excess so the chalk doesn’t fly all over the floor and teammates. 

Secondly, when moving the metal racks, please pick them up.  If you drag them on the floor they will

cut into the rubber.

Lastly, please do not drop or throw the bars when empty or the kettlebells ever.  They both will break.

I have seen them break repeatedly and they are expensive to replace, so place them on the floor with kindness.
