Pistols: work on the technique and progressively make more challenging for yourself.  If you are newer or unable to fully squat, you will work on squat therapy.

12 Deadlifts (70/50kg)

9 Hand Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

*Compare to 4/9/14.  Scale the weight as needed.
