Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Power Clean/Clean/Front Squat: 5 Sets of this complex, increase each set as able.  Perfect form.

Not Conditioning:

Not For Time, 5 Rounds

3 Heavy Weighted Step Ups on Each Leg: Do all three on one leg, then do the other side.  Heavy weight, low box.

5 Squat Jumps: Jump up high, land softly.

Yuck for step ups but yay for cleans! Let’s just do all the regional WODs. Why discriminate?
