Check out these articles on recovery ideas and things affecting recovery.  Focusing on taking care of yourself through proper diet, rest, and mental relaxation is the what’s most important in my opinion.  What are your thoughts?

Wednesday’s WOD:

A.  Muscle Up Work:  Transition work only.  You can work on the floor, the ring thing, or regular rings.

B.  5 Rounds:  1 Legless Rope Climbs and 5-10 Pike Push Ups.  (There are plenty of scaling options for this.)

C.  3 Attempts at 500m Row.  Rest between efforts enough time to fully recover.  Share and push each other.
