• 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of full fat coconut milk (from a can) that has been refrigerated
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Coconut flakes for decoration

In a food processor blend the bananas on a low setting till smooth. Add the coconut milk and cocoa powder and blend again so it’s well mixed, be sure to not over do it or it will get too thin. Use a spoon to make sure there is no banana chunks and place into your serving bowl of choice. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and enjoy!
