Another Public Service Announcement:  Odor.  Please keep in mind that we are all working out rather close to each other and smells for some of us can be more than just slightly offensive.  Some of us have a lil’ touch of the asthma and strong perfumes/aftershaves/etc can set things off.  Please do not wear perfume to the gym or spray it in the bathrooms.  I am being very serious when I say this causes problems for people like me.  This does not include deodorant.  Please either wear deodorant, or if you are opposed to wearing a chemical, make sure your workout clothes are washed every time you wear them and clean your crevices well.  Thank you for your attention to this PSA.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Hang SQUAT Cleans: you have 20 mins to find a heavy 3RM.  Do not put bar down between reps.  Please share bars so there is plenty of room in the bigger classes.  Form over weight, if your coach feels the technique is deminishing too much, they may ask you to decrease the weight.

Conditioning:

As a team of 2, complete the following in order:

60 Burpees

250 Double Unders

800m Run

*one teammate working at a time except on the run.  Modifications for DUs: 500 singles, 300 Box Taps, or Bike Sprints 3x30s.
