Sumo Deadlift 3x5reps @ 80% of 1RM sumo dl. Compare to Aug. 1st and do 3-5kg more.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15min

8 Box Jumps (24/20, Rx+ 30/24in)

10 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14lbs)

12 Burpees
