The last two days of this year will be Player’s Choice with guidance. Monday is lower extremity day and Tuesday is typically upper extremity. When planning your workouts to knock out before the end of the year, please pick a max effort lower exercise for Monday plus any WOD you want and then a max effort upper plus a WOD for Tuesday.
Examples for max effort lower: 1rep or 3rep or 5rep max of any squat, deadlift, a clean, or a snatch.
Examples for max effort upper: 1rep or 3rep or 5rep max of any press, bent over row, push jerk, split jerk, weighted pull up, etc.
Then the conditioning WODs can be anything you like. If you are newer out of Basics, repeat your first and/or last basics WODs or intro WODs. See your improvement!
