Here’s a little snack I really like to take on trips.

Cut up melon (honeydew is my fav)

Cut prosciutto into strips

Chop fresh mint and fresh basil

Drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar (vinegar is optional)

You can take the olive oil and vinegar in a little container to keep the melon from getting mushy.  Let me know what you think.  Feel free to bring me some!

Sunday’s WOD:

Skill:

Pull Ups:  People on the pull up progression, do your workout.  Everyone else: work on stricts if you do not have one yet.  Work on kipping or chest to bars, etc.  Pick a rep scheme like 5×3, 5×5, etc. and make it happen.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

3min on/1min off

40 Double Unders

12 Thrusters (Rx: 43kg/30kg  Rx+: 50kg/35kg)

200m Run

**You have 3 mins to complete one round.  Rest the remainder of the 3min and then one min.  If you are very good at double unders, feel free to increase the number to 50 or 60.
