Congratulations to all of those that attended the clean and jerk clinic today.  Everyone learned a lot and we even had a few PRs!  Great work.  There are several more clinics coming up and the sign up sheets are at the front desk.

July 4th schedule:  9am, 12pm, 4:30pm. 

Monday’s WOD:

Strength: Find a 3RM Overhead Squat

Conditioning:

4 Rounds of 3 min AMRAP/ 1 min off: 

T/B FC Walking Lunge (wt: 35lbs, 25lbs)

15 Weighted Sit Ups  (wt: 15kg plate, 10kg plate)

AFTER the above:

75 Reps of Ring Rows in as few sets as possible.  This is not for time and you will take turns so no one waits too long on the rings.
