Sunday’s WOD:
 
13 Rounds
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
 
 
One more week until we move.  Next Saturday the 31st we are planning to move all the equipment
over to the new space.  To anyone who can help, this will be the most fun you have ever had moving.
 
Also, tomorrow we are running the half-marathon.  Wish us luck!
