We have Yoga coming back!  Tuesday nights at 6:30pm-7:30pm starting April 8th.  I will post info about the instructor in the coming days.  This class will be part of your current membership and non-CFSL members are welcome with a punch card or drop in fee.  Please sign up ahead of time via CFSL MindBody.  Our goal is to have Yoga offered more than once a week, so please get in there if you would like to see it grow.  The instructor will be focusing on the deep stretching needed for CrossFitters and she will be working within the skill level of the class, so please don’t feel intimidated to show up.  If you want to work on your flexibility, get in there.  Who is excited?

Sunday’s WOD:

1 Mile Run

Then:

4 Rounds

10 Deadlifts  (Rx: 90/55kg. Rx+:110kg/75kg)

10 Pikes or Handstand Push Ups

Rx++: Do Diane 21-15-9 Deadlifts/HSPU wt: 100kg/70kg.
