Deadlift Workout #12

Shoulder Press  3×5 at 78% of your new 1RM

These are my Paleo Treats.  I wanted an excuse to try these and the food challenge gave it to me.  They are really good.  I recently went off the reservation and ate some Godiva chocolate.  I felt pretty sick within a half hour.   These treats do not have anything artificial and use honey as sweetener.  No sick tummy for me! or you can probably make them yourself.  I will let you know if we come up with a recipe.
