1RM Weighted Pull Up

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15min

5 Pull Ups

10 Push UPs

30 Double Unders

*No singles as modification.  30 attempts.    For the weighted pull up:  do the pull up progression if you are still on bands.  If you are able to do one strict: do 3-5 sets of 1 strict pull up.
