We are switching to an online waiver form.  Please sign into your MindBody Account and check it off.  It will pop up immediately if you haven’t done it yet.  For those of you that do not know how to sing into your MindBody account, please email me AFTER you have tried to figure it out.  Your username is the email you used to sign up with initially.  PLEASE do this ASAP so your poor Coaches don’t go nuts when the system yells at them every time they check someone in who hasn’t done the waiver.  Thank you so much for helping us with this process.  YAY for less paperwork floating around the office.

Deficit Deadlift 5×2@~75% of best Deadlift

Conditioning/Kinda Strength:

8 Rounds of 6 Thrusters: Increase every round.  No greater than 2 mins rest between rounds.  This is not for time, this is for weight.  These are unbroken sets.  SO, don’t put the bar down.
