7 Muscle Ups  (Or 7 dips/7 pull ups)

10 Hang Power Cleans (61/43kg)

*Compare to 2/11/14.  Scale the reps/rounds/weight as needed.

3 Rounds

50 Pistols

7 Muscle Ups

10 Hang Power Cleans (80/53kg)


PLEASE be smart and scale as needed.  Also, if your hands a blown out from the T2B, please only do the dips for the modification.  Protect your body.
