We will be hosting our friends from Momentum for another double under clinic on Oct. 11th at 10:30am.  I will send out the registration info when they forward it to me.  The clinic includes instruction and a high quality jump rope fit to you.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:  spend a long time here

Push Press/Push Jerk/Jerk:  Max.  If you are not comfortable with the movements, please do 6-8 sets at lighter weights to work on form.

Conditioning/Strength:

6 Rounds, Not For Time

5-10 Strict Pull Ups

5 DB Shoulder Press One Arm At A Time (5 on each arm) you choose the weight, should be heavy.
