We are excited to announce we will offer for the first time a Strength and Conditioning Camp for pre-teens and teens this summer and kids fitness camps for youngsters. These will be half day camps teaching proper warm ups, prehab/rehab for common joint and muscle issues, basic strength training, conditioning, jumping mechanics, and more. As a parent, I am proud to offer a camp backed by such knowledge and expertise. The camp age groups are 6-9 yr olds, 10-14 yr olds, and 14-16 yr olds. Our members get first dibs on spots.
