Monday’s WOD

 

EMOM 5 rounds: 5 Reps of Thrusters (wts: 70/60/50/40/35/30/25)  *You get to choose your weight.  Please go heavier than you normally do.

Conditioning:

Teams of Two: 8 Resisted Runs Each Person.  *Please pair up with someone of like size and ability.  Communicate well with your partner when you are ready to take off, stop, and change direction.  Get a good workout without sending your partner through the window.
