Strength:  20mins, no more.

Back Squat 8×3@60%ish.  Focus on Speed UP, tight on the descent.  No more than 90secs of rest between efforts.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

6 Goblet Squats (70lbs/53lbs)

8 Russian KB Swings (70lbs/53lbs)

10 Lunge Jumps
