Squat Clean compare to 7/22/13. Find max if you are comfortable with the form. If you are not comfortable with the form, please spend this time working on squat clean doubles or power clean to a front squat.

Conditioning:

3 cycles of 3min on/1 min off:

AMRAP of the following

3 Power Cleans (wt: 60kg/43kg)

6 Push Ups

9 Air Squats

*scale weight as needed.
