A simple concept that a lot of you probably unknowingly already do.  How many of you already do this?  I listen to my favorite music when going through paperwork, I talk with friends while I am doing my leg regrowth program, or watch videos when spinning away on the bike.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Front Rack Stationary Lunges:  5×3 each side.  Same weight every set.  This should be heavy, but great form.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

8 Goblet Squats  (70lbs/53lbs)

10 V-Ups

12 Burpees
